In order to migrate the profile information, once you log into the old SchoolSpring account, a popup message will appear like in the image below:
This messaging comes from a megaphone icon on the top left after you log into your old account. Then select the "Click here to check it out!" link. Once you have selected this link, it will take you to the new SchoolSpring at https://new.schoolspring.com/. Here you will follow the instructions in the article below. NOTE: When you put in your email address, it must be the same email address as the old SchoolSpring account to migrate your account.
