Q&A: Consortium Job Board Candidate Pool

Question

How do I put myself in the Candidate Pool for specific  Job Boards?

Answer

To put yourself into the Candidate Pool for specific  Job Boards, log into SchoolSpring and find a job within the district or consortium you are looking at. If the job posting is also listed on a Consortium Job Board, it will have the job board links as seen in the image below.

Once you click on one of these links, it will not only take you directly to the Consortium Job Board selected but it will also automatically attach the consortium job board to your Job Assist Preferences. Job Assist Preferences can be found under My Jobs > Job Assist.

This will allow the Consortium to search their candidate pool and find you!

If you would not like to be seen by districts and consortiums click the pencil icon in the upper right and select 'No, I am not actively seeking a job' and click 'Save' at the bottom.
