Known Issue- Submitted Applications Showing Incorrectly on the Applicant Side

Summary

Some applicants are seeing unexpected information populate on their submitted applications. For example, incorrect country names. Please see example screenshots below.

Submitted Application- Applicant View

Reproduction Steps

1. Log into SchoolSpring
2. Select Submissions
3. Choose Application Status
4. Click on the submitted application to view it
5. Note that some of the information may show incorrectly.

Important Note: Despite the information showing incorrectly on the applicant side of the site, the school district administrators do receive the correct/originally submitted information. It does not change on their side, as shown above.

Expected Results

The submitted applications should accurately reflect what was originally submitted.

Actual Results

When applicants view their submitted applications, some information has been updated incorrectly.
