I have tried numerous times to get my information transferred from my old account to this new program. It is not user friendly for those who are not tech savvy. I am completely frustrated. I even watched the video twice and wrote notes, step by step. It still doesn't work, nor does it send information to my email, spam, all mail, or otherwise.
