trying to reset my password to receive a link throughout my email and I don't get any email either.

I already register to PowerShool Community.   I am trying to apply for a job and I have to apply through your site I don't have any other choice.  When I am trying to log in throughout PowerShool Community  after I put my email to log in, I put the password when I register to have an account.  But doesn't let me!! So I am trying to reset my password to receive a link throughout my email and I don't get any email either.
