substitute teacher applications is required to provide on file NC licencense

Hi, I am applying for substitute teacher. I was told that for this position is not requiered a  certification license. My education background is from Mexico, I attached my transcripst of my College Degree to my application.

I have been gettting every time I want to submitt this application the following message:

teacherMatch:

-Please provide at least one certification license-

I can not submitt my aplication.

Person who is in charge of hiring substitute teacher  does not know why I am getting that message neither and ask me to contact you.

Please let me know what it is need it to do.

Hi! @Tamul65,

If you do not have a certification, you can take the following steps:

In the certification section, Click on "+add a certification" --> Click on the drop-down arrows for certification/licensure status and select "Don't Have Any Certifications".  Then click "Save Section" and that will satisfy that section.  Once this is completed, you can move forward and submit the application.
