cant get in to submit an application keep getting message

I am sorry to hear you are having an issue with your email address not matching an existing user.

 

Is it possible you used a different email address when you created your account?

I'm having the exact same issue. I've tried resetting my password, clearing out my cache, and then logging in again. Nothing is working.
