can't view my applications

I have a new user name which I used to apply for positions within the district. The old username always shows as my default username. In the past, I've been able to delete the old, put in the new username and I'm able to log in. Starting today, Thursday, when I put my new username in and click the login button, my old username pops up so I can't view my applications which I did with my new username. Can you please help me?
