Uploading documents

Hello I am having trouble uploading documentation. I have been able to upload my Resume and my Academic Transcript. I have not been able to upload any other documentation. I have made sure that there are no special characters and no spaces when uploading my file. I am needing to upload the documents in order to apply for this position. Any help would be great.

While uploading the documents to your application, please make sure the documents must be in one of the following file types: PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, RTF, TIF, JPG, GIF, or PNG.

Also, file names cannot have commas, apostrophes, and file sizes should be no larger than 10MB.
