Good Day! I noticed that you recently had a support case with the Unified Talent team on this issue. It looks like the process still hasn't been edited and someone from the support team will still need to adjust the form associated with the process. I recommend reopening the same case as the support team will have to take a closer look at your setup while accessing your site and will be in a better position to assist you further with this.
