this is the first time that I am using the PowerSchool community and hoping if someone know the answer. Search soft just do not answer calls or respond to help desk tickets.
We accidently changed an applicant status from "New" to "declined offer" I would like to "undo" the entry. Is there a way to do it. We changed it to all applicants.
You can change the Application Status for the applicants by using the Bulk Action option in the Application Manager. Navigate to Applicant Management > Application Manager > Check all the applicants > Select 'Application Status' from the dropdown for Bulk Action > Click go and change the status.
