Unable to login to my new account

Hello,

I am looking to apply for a job and I was led to this site. I created an account and I cannot find any information about applying for a position for employment. I am unable to login to my new account as well. I hit the button for resetting my password twice and waited, nothing. Please advise. Thank you.
