Unable to add my references to complete my job application@CMS

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am applying for a teacher job at CMS County Charlotte NC 28277. I cannot complete my application as I cannot add my India references to the job portal. This portal reference page does not allow me to add reference outside the USA.

I completed my Ph.D. in Chemistry from India in 2006 and have more than 10 years of teaching experience.in India.

I recommend contacting CMS County to request their recommendation to assist you with entering references from India.

I recommend the Applicant Tracking Enterprise Knowledge Bases for most other application issues.
