Unable to access my account due to old email I no longer have access to

Hello,

I am trying to apply for a position with CCAISD and it does not allow me to create a new account.  It's telling me that I have an account already.  That account is associated with an old email address that I no longer have access to.  Can someone help me?  I've tried calling customer support number and cannot get through to talk to anyone.
