I had the hard time signing in to the unified talent link to update my documents. I requested confirmation of the password but never received an email.

Are you receiving any error messages while trying to log in? Would you please try clearing the cache and cookies or switching your browser and verifying if you can log in?
If you still face further issues, I would recommend submitting a support ticket and our PowerSchool support should be able to send you a reset password recovery link. You can click on this link to contact them.
