Transcript uploaded in pdf and the application is trying to convert it to pdf

I get the following error after attaching my required transcripts to an application.  My transcripts are attached in PDF format.  So the application process is trying to convert a pdf to a pdf and failing.  I can click on my attached transcripts and see they are attached appropriately and are viewable.  Please help?

Also - transcripts appear to be required, so I can't submit the application without them.

Good Day! I am sorry to hear that you are facing an inconvenience due to this. I recommend trying to print the transcript scan it and then try to upload it again. If that doesn't help then I recommend reaching out to the HR department of the school district where you are applying for the job as there might be a security enabled for the transcript on their jo form which might be preventing it from converting and being uploaded.
