Hello, I am trying to apply for a district and it says the "teacher match" timed out. It never gave me the option to do it in the first place. Can you please reset it?

Hi,

You should be able to find more information on EPI assessment resets in the knowledge base article linked below.  Only the HR Department of the school or district is able to reset the assessment if it is locked.
