The employee whom I am onboarding into TalentEd is not able to complete her tasks in TalentEd records. The below screen shot is what she gets when she logs in.
The display issue can be caused due to multiple reasons. The most common reason being accumulated cache and cookies.
We recommend clearing cache and cookies for all time on the user's browser. Please also try accessing the Records portal on another web browser such as Firefox, Edge, or Safari and on a different network.
