Submitted Application Change

I looked over my application and hit submit. It automatically told me by my responses that I was not qualified. Confused, I looked back over my answers and I answered "no" by accident, to if I was willing to relocate, which in fact I already live in the area. It says if I withdraw my application I will not be able to reapply. So I am trying to figure out how to change this question on a already submitted application.
