SchoolSpring account says it is invalid

Hi,

I need to log into the Schoolspring website to apply for jobs but the username and password provided to me is not working and it says it is invalid. I have made sure I used the correct username and password which was sent to me in my email but it is not working. 

I have emailed the website email that handles all troubleshooting issues. Please let me know how I should proceed. I am unable to apply jobs through the Schoolspring portal if this does not work.
