If you are unable to log in to your SchoolSpring applicant account please reset your password by clicking on Log In on the top-right corner of the page > Selecting the Trouble logging In option > Entering your email to receive your username under the Forgot Your Username option or entering your Username under the Forgot Your Password option.
If you are receiving a specific error message, please let us know to help troubleshoot further.
