I put in my references and confirmed that they received the email request for the reference form. Two of my references have completed the form, but the portal only shows "Yes" reference received for one reference and not the other. The application is through https://bsd405.tedk12.com/hire/index.aspx. 

 

How do I confirm that all references have been received?

Hi @abartella,

 

Has the reference been submitted?  In order to further troubleshoot, please provide the following information.

 

  • Have your reference clear the cache and attempt to complete the form again.  Here is a link that will walk through the steps of clearing the cache in the most common browsers.
  • Is the reference using the correct district site to complete the form?
