I was successfully able to transfer my account from one school district to another, and I see my references listed as before. My question is this - do my references’ submissions from previous applications in another district transfer as well, or will they be contacted again upon submission? I would like to apply for a job in another district, but don’t want my references to be contacted again.

Usually, the reference submission from previous applications in the other district will be contacted again for submission. However, you should be able to change that while applying to another job, where you can select what to set as your reference when filling out the application page. It should contain boxes by names which you can check/uncheck.
