Reference Forms - Application Transfer

Hello,

 

My references have returned the forms for one district. I'd like to apply for a position in a nearby district. I successfully transferred the application but see that the reference section did not transfer over. I don't want my references to receive the email prompting them to fill out a form again. Is there a way to transfer the reference submissions to another district?
