Transcript uploaded in pdf and the application is trying to convert it to pdf

Dear ACPC Recruitment office. 

I an email stating that the transcripts were unreadable. I have these transcripts for both my undergraduate and graduate programs in several formats. Please get back with me to determine if this is what was required.

I see that you addressed the ACPC Recruitment office in your post about an email regarding your transcripts being unreadable. This community is with PowerSchool. Were you intending to reach out to the ACPC recruitment office?
