A comment from the Knowledgebase Article: QuickDoc-New-Applicant-Login-Using-the-New-Applicant-Experience
This app is not user friendly. When I call support they redirect me back to my schools admin. I can’t link the accounts even after my admin reset it. The error message is user already exists for the email I put in.
