I am unable to log in to School Spring. I type in my username and password. I get a error message saying that it does not match their records. I go to forgot password and it tells me that my user name is not recorded. I then go to forgot user name, they send me verification that the user name I originally typed in was correct. What is going on? I need to apply for a job.

We recommend requesting the temporary password by selecting the "Trouble logging in?" option on the SchoolSpring portal. Use the username that you received via email to request the password reset link.

I'm having trouble logging into schoolspring as well. I've tried password reset but it asks me to answer a security question that I haven't even set up yet. I'm in an endless loop.
