I am trying to apply for University job, but it will not allow me to create an account.

This is an issue for myself as well, it keeps stating an email is associated with an account, but when I try to recover it, it states that the email is not associated with an account.

I also face this problem. But I create a complain support ticket. My problem was solved. You can do this same
