A comment on KB article: Transferring Old SchoolSpring Account to New SchoolSpring Account
I had some problems with the transfer.
5) You would then fill out the email address and password. *Email Address and password needs to be the same as the one you used on the old SchoolSpring site*
I tried to use my old username and password, but it said that the username was taken, and my password had the same letters repeated in a row. This did not work. I had to come up with a new username and password. Then, the website registered me as a new user. Can I still transfer my old account?
What happens to the communications about your upcoming interviews and your post-interview results? Will I be able to see them somewhere?
