How to Add a field on my District Application for(i.e. Who referred them?)

I am wanting to add a place on our district application that would allow an applicant to indicate to us who referred them. How would I go about doing that?

Hi @dianalocke

 

You can add a custom form to the application type and have that be a question on the district's application form. Then any posting that is set with that application type will ask the applicants who referred them if you want the information to be put in by the applicant themselves.
