You can go to Configure > Application Recycle Bin and bring it back into the Application Manager. As long as you didn't purge it then you should be able to find it in the Recycle Bin.
If you don't see an Application Recycle Bin, then you can request support to move it out of the recycle bin for you. You can reach out to support using this direct link.
