Hi! @DorothyL2,

Applicants may not be able to enter their email address if the permissions associated with the email address field within the form is set to read-only.  The fields within the form that should be completed by the applicant should be set to allow edit permissions.  I recommend logging in as an admin and navigating to configure --> eforms --> search for sub-info form --> edit --> edit under current draft --> click edit next to the email address field --> scroll to where it says show permissions and change it from read-only to editable --> Save --> exit.

Once these steps are completed, applicants should be able to enter their email address.
