Hi

I have created an e-form Employee Injury on the Job and I keep getting errors on 2 areas when I tested it.  I used the short form, but I still get errors.  (See below)  Please assist.

Hi @condellv,

Please make sure that you are setting Question type as Date for the Date of Injury question and Short Answer Question Type with Validation set to Blank for the Time of Injury question.
