Doesn't recognize an employee trying to apply Talent Ed- Unable to Match your information error

I had her login at top of the page and it finally worked, but not sure why it is not accepting her email as an in-district employee.

Hi! @NaeDeanM,

 

Please make sure the information is correct in the Candidate Portal.  Under Configure -> Candidate Portal --> Internal Applicant Challenge Screen, I recommend using email for the Challenge Question Type.  Then all you need to do is enter your Domain name.
