Can't Update Application.

I applied for a job with College Station ISD in the fall of last year but I found out my availability didn't work with the position. My availability had changed and they're still hiring. However I can't update my application or apply again, and it said if I remove my application I cannot reapply. Is there a way around this so I can either update my application of reapply.

Once an application is submitted, you cannot update or change it at your end. You would need to reach out to the district who could either update your application or purge it so that you can apply again. You can refer to this article for more information.
