I believe there may be a glitch in the system. I recently created a login, but my password is not being accepted—even though I just set it up. I immediately submitted a request to reset my password, but I have not received any email with instructions to change it.
This issue is preventing me from submitting my application, and I am reaching out for support in resolving the problem as soon as possible.

If your password is not being accepted and you haven’t received the reset email, here are a few steps to try:
Check your Spam/Junk folder — sometimes the reset email is filtered.
Confirm the correct email address — make sure you are using the same email that you registered with.
Wait a few minutes and retry — occasionally there’s a short delay before the reset email arrives.
Request another reset — go back to the login screen and select Forgot Password again to generate a new reset link.
Clear browser cache or try another browser/device — sometimes stored cookies can block login or email triggers.
