Please note that you are getting this error only because you have another applicant account in that district with the same email.
To remove this error, please make sure that your email is only attached to one applicant account.
1. If you have access to your other account, you could update the email using this article
2. Else, For access to your other account- Go to the Job listing page
3. Under the Menu section Click on I forgot my username or Password
4. Click on I do not have an email address or I do not know my email address
5. Enter your last name and username of your other account and click Submit.
6. Use the reset password link sent in the email to access your other account.
8. Once logged in, update your email by clicking on account settings.
9. Scroll down to the email section and update that email to any other email.
10. Now login to your new account and use the current email to apply for the job posting.
