I have timed out of the EPI twice – why am I not eligible for an immediate reset?
It is important for us to ensure that the administration of the EPI is as fair and reliable as possible our policies only allow for one reset per candidate.
Please note the EPI Is only one data-point in the application process, and we encourage districts and networks to triangulate EPI scores with a wealth of other information as well. Additionally, an incomplete EPI does not remove you from consideration as your application will still be visible to potential employers on the system, and you will be able to reattempt the EPI in 6 months.
