In Core Trillium’s Report Launcher, a Graduates and Potential Graduates report is available in the Transcripts folder. This report can be used to identify students who are potentially graduating for a given time period.
For the report parameters, check on the Include Potential Graduates and select the OSSD 1999 as the diploma. Under the Potential Graduates Criteria section, check on the Set Potential Graduates Flag and if desired, also check on the Clear Flag Before Calculating. Be sure to specify the credits required, based on either a minimum total credit value, or an earned compulsory credit minimum.
The report will display the status of the student’s progress in meeting the diploma requirements, including earned credits, current attempted credits, community involvement hours and literacy requirement status. This report can be saved as an excel file, where you can then filter to identify students who have not completed their literacy test or have less than 40 hours of community involvement.
When running other reports, such as the Credit Counselling Summary, the generic select sort will provide the option to select students who have been identified as potential graduates via the Potential Graduates flag.
