Daily Attendance Record - Printing to PDF

Good Morning,

When we try to print the Daily Attendance Record to PDF for all students, and you select print all students, it prints each student individually and not as a group to be shared.  Is there a way to get around this as it would take a lot of time to print and save each student.

Hello Melinda,

Under the current circumstances, we understand that it would be helpful to print the Daily Attendance Record to PDF for all students in one report. However, this report was built to print for individual students, so is functioning as designed. It was never a functionality that existed in the past, as it was never a need prior to the pandemic. Unfortunately, changing this functionality would require development code changes, and at this time, the focus is on mandated Ministry changes.

**Update**

I apologize Melinda, but I forgot that this report existed in Trillium Reports. If you print to PDF from TWebSchAdmin > Reports > Trillium > Attendance > Daily Attendance Record, you should be able to save it for every student in one file.
