Q&A: How soon can we get a training specialist assigned?

Summary

PowerSchool offers flexible training options to support product learning, onboarding, and skill development. Training hours can be used to explore product features, enhance user proficiency, and onboard new staff. These hours can be easily requested, purchased, and scheduled through your Customer Success Manager (CSM) via the PowerSchool Assistant.

How soon can a school get a training specialist assigned?

 

Answer

 

Once PowerSchool receives the signed quote, a project ID is generated for the training team. A training specialist will then promptly reach out to the primary contact listed on the signed quote to begin scheduling and coordination. Technical Contacts can view project details, including project status and assigned Project Manager, by logging into the PowerSchool Community, navigating to the Customer Connect tab, selecting Services. To contact Customer Success, use the PowerSchool Assistant. This is the best path to find answers and create a Success case to connect with the team. If you're already in the Assistant, continue the conversation and you will get an option to contact our Success team.
