Q&A: How soon can we get a training specialist assigned?

Summary

PowerSchool offers flexible training options to support product learning, onboarding, and skill development. Training hours can be used to explore product features, enhance user proficiency, and onboard new staff. These hours can be easily requested, purchased, and scheduled through your Customer Success Manager (CSM) or via the Customer Connect portal.

How soon can a school get a training specialist assigned?

 

Answer

 

Once PowerSchool receives the signed quote, a project ID is generated for the training team. A training specialist will then promptly reach out to the primary contact listed on the signed quote to begin scheduling and coordination.

To view project details—including project status and assigned Project Manager—follow these steps:

  1. Log in to PowerSchool Community
  2. Navigate to the Customer Connect tab
  3. Select Services

    Note: This section is accessible to Technical Contacts only.
