We are a School Division in Winnipeg Manitoba. Stripe has a few of a schools on hold asking us to provide documentation to confirm our status as a legal corporation. W e aren't a legal corporation (in Manitoba we exist by virtue of an act of legislation, literally a law) and do not have access to any of the documents they are requesting as proof.
Has anyone else experienced this? This has been an ongoing saga for over a month and I don't feel any closer to resolution. Stripe's legal department doesn't seem to understand. Very frustrating.

3 months after I post a significant issue on your case portal, I've received no help at all.

Please see your past cases in the Case portal. In the case portal, you will have access to prior communications with the support engineer regarding the case. If a case has been closed for over ten days, you must create a new case with the details, which you can copy and paste from your closed case.
