accidentally unsubscribed

I am wondering if you know how to re-add parents to school messenger if they have accidentally unsubscribed from it.

Hi @nmsorensen 


The school/district staff member can log into their account then go to System > Blocked List, find the email in question, then click on Delete on the right side. If they don't see the delete option, that means they don't have permissions for it and will need to contact their System Administrator for assistance.
