We are seeking information on best practices that schools use to communicate password formats and hints when sending secure documents. Are they sending separate communications in advance to notify parents that the password will be their child's student number, grade, etc.? Are they adding a hint in the body of their SDD message? Any best practices shared would be greatly appreciated.
