Hello everyone,
We have found that when accessing School Messenger from within PowerTeacher (we have a plugin from School Messenger installed to allow this), the individual user account setting for which School Messenger UI to launch is not honoured. Even if a user sets their preference to the new SM UI, it always launches the classic UI.
We've submitted idea portal SM-I-139 looking for a change. Votes from anyone who would also like to see this fixed would be appreciated.
We are launching a pilot for the new Chat product, and educators can only access that from the new School Messenger UI, so we'd like them to be able to set their preference, and save them one click every time they log in.
