Gradebook Question For Special Education Students
I have a large population of Learning Support students who are failing. However, I am requiring the teachers to allow them to make work up until the end of the marking period. The teachers want to put zeroes as placeholders, so the students can see what their grade is. However, I don't like the practice of using zeroes since they can make the workup. Can our district create something to put in there that doesn't give the student a zero, but informs them they are missing work, but shows the real grade?

Why don't you mark them as Incomplete?
