Finding base table structures for modifying plugins

Where can I find base table descriptions by state.  e.g. students, schools, etc.. I need to see the column names that are available in each table in order to update powerschool plugins.

The Data Dictionary should have what you are looking for.  Go to the ? in the upper-right hand corner of the Start Page and select Data Dictionary.

I was asking or an external public view for contractors without access to the Front End of the application.

I don't believe anything like that exits, at least to my knowledge.
