How can I turn off student/parent portal in the scheduler.  Students, parents, and teachers, shouldn't be able to see next years schedules while we are still working on them.

What if I can not see the next school year in the scheduling function "Set Schedule Year"?

At the District and at your school , both on the live side , do you have in Years and Terms the next year set up?

@Renne55 ,  once you have the next year Years and Terms for 25-26 on the live side, you can set the Scheduling Year in PowerScheduler.

Can you go to Years and Terms at Start Page > District >Management >Years and terms?  Can you see the 2025-2026 Year and Term? If not, it has to be added. This should be set at the District first.

If you only have access to your school then try Start Page > School Management > Scheduling > Years and Terms . Again ,this should be set first at the District.
