iOS Test Notifications early today

I received several iOS notifications early this am (between 4AM-5:30 AM Eastern).  Did other see these?  As I work in high tech, and am security paranoid to put it mildly, I want to validate that these "Tests" were something others saw.

I just had a student show me the same thing. I'm trying to figure out where they came from.
