If there's a mismatch between the sales expectations and the actual product implementation, who should we contact to resolve this issue?

 

Answer

If you notice a gap between sales expectations and the actual implementation:

 

  1. First, contact your Project Manager. They can help identify and address any discrepancies.
  2. If further support is needed, reach out to the PowerSchool Customer Success team for additional assistance. They will work with you to ensure your implementation aligns with the original expectations and requirements. To reach the Success Team go to the Customer Connect tab and select Success (also accessible to Technical Contacts only).
  3. You can view project details, including project status and your assigned Project Manager, by logging into the PowerSchool Community, navigating to the Customer Connect tab, and selecting Services (accessible to Technical Contacts only).
  4. If you're unsure how to contact the PowerSchool Customer Success team or your Customer Success Manager (CSM), go to the Customer Connect tab and select Success (also accessible to Technical Contacts only).
